This refresher course combines hands-on practical experience with emergency scenarios and provides a full day of emergency response work. Incident command, risk assessment, entry task determination and decontamination procedures are used.
Cost: $190/participant; 8 an to 4 pm
Terms: Prepayment
If a cancellation is received seven days prior to the course starting date, the registration fee will be refunded less 10% or $25.00 whichever is greater. NO REFUNDS will be issued after seven days prior to the seminar.
STEP reserves the right to cancel the class not less than seven days before it is scheduled to begin. If a class if cancelled by STEP, a full refund will be given. No refunds for no--shows.
STEP accepts MC/VISA.
Training is at the STEP Training Center located at 1205 Center Drive, Murray KY 42071. Here is a map to our facility.
Your registration is not confirmed until we have received your check or credit card information. After payment arrangements are made, we will send you a confirmation, medical release & map. Please fax or email the completed medical release back to STEP no later than the date indicated on the form.
